An Old Fashioned way of preserving cold pressed fruit juice that brings intense flavours to cocktails and sparkling beverages.  

This is a live vinegar and has the health properties of ACV But is way more fun and less funky than a Kombucha. 

Shrub drinking vinegar is a concentrated syrup made of fruit juice,  fine vinegar,  sugar,  herbs and spices. They're used as a syrup to make  natural sodas with sparkling and carbonated water,  or like bitters in mock tails and cocktails. They contain vinegar that is good for your gut and encourages digestion.
