All of our pork, beef and now offering chicken is ethically raised right here on the ranch. We take pride in the entire process that enables us to offer high-quality farm to table products. The feed, the space inhabited, and the hands on day-to-day all contribute.
WAGYU BEEF IS HERE!
Wagyu cows are more physically resilient which allows the fat cells to be more evenly placed across their muscles. It is the highest grade of beef due to its tenderness, fat marbling & flavour.
