Perfect Pastry Dough
MIX TOGETHER:
2 C FLOUR
3/4 TSP SALT
CUT:
1C LARD into dry ingredients.
BEAT TOGETHER:
1 EGG
1/4 C COLD WATER
1 TSP VINEGAR
Stir mixture together with a fork until evenly moistened and wrap in saran or beeswax wrap and chill in fridge for at least 20mins.
Roll dough out into desired vessel.
