Peach Pie Filling

INGREDIENTS:
4 c fresh or frozen sliced peaches
1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vanilla
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix everything together and place in uncooked pie shell. Top with another layer of pastry and bake at 375 until filling is bubbly and pastry is golden and crisp.
