Pumpkin Pie Filling


2 c pumpkin puree

1 c brown sugar

2 eggs

1 c evaporated milk

1 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground clove

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp salt



Mix all ingredients together and whisk well. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake at 350 for 40-50 mins or until filling is set and firm to touch.  Let cool and serve with fresh whipped cream.
